Your monthly statement will be emailed to you, showing:
- Minimum amount payable
- Due date
- Transactions, available credit, limit and balance

Link your card to online banking
- Visit your nearest branch to link your card.
- Bring your ID or passport (if you’re not a Namibian citizen).
Get or change your PIN
- Your card can’t be used without your PIN.
