What do I need to apply?

  • Once the registration is complete you will be provided with a 6 digit reference number and can call the Personal Banking * Team to complete or the Internet Banking Team will call you within 1 business day.

There are extra steps you need to take to ensure total security online.

  • Keep your password (PIN) secret
  • Logout properly at the end of each session
  • Do not reply to any email that asks for your ID, password, PIN or account details. We will never ask for this information in an e-mail.

    • Check your bank statements regularly to identify any errors or fraudulent transactions that might have been performed on your account without your knowledge.

    • Do not run any program files unless you know where they come from and that they are safe
