The benefit of using one-time password is that no one can perform the transactions mentioned below on your Internet banking account without a one-time password. This ensures that only you can perform transactions on your account. A one-time password is time sensitive therefore only valid for one Internet banking session.
Once you have activated the one-time password service, a password will be sent to you whenever you perform the following functions on Internet banking:
- Reset your CSP and password. You don't need to go to a branch.
- Add beneficiaries
- Make once-off payments
- Amend beneficiaries
- Amend your personal details on the profile page
