You can subscribe to our Internet banking service for N$21,00. You are excluded from paying this fee if you hold this account:
- PrestigePlan bundled account.
Cost for each card
The subscription charge is payable on every unique card registered for Internet banking. For example, if you opt to use your AutoBank card and your E Plan card, you will be charged separately for each card.
Transaction fees
Balance enquiries and statements are free, regardless of how many times you request these each month.
You will be charged our normal electronic banking service fee rates for inter”account transfers. You are excluded from this fee if:
- You have a PresitigePlan Bundled account
- You use the service fee rebate option on your cheque account.
Payments to third parties are charged at normal electronic banking service fee rates unless you fall in the above categories.
You will be charged a Fee for unpaid future”dated payments if you don't have enough funds in your account to cover the transaction.
